Saskatchewan-based FHQ Developments has partnered with leading national IT services provider PQA to establish PLATO Sask: a new, majority-Indigenous-owned IT services business based in Regina.

PLATO Sask will deliver a full menu of software testing services tailored to Saskatchewan clients large and small, while training and developing Indigenous software testers for long term technology careers.  Learn more about our services.

The IT services training and employment model was developed by industry veteran Keith McIntosh, founder of PQA. In 2015, McIntosh founded a second IT services company, PLATO Testing, as a means to bring meaningful training and employment in IT to Indigenous people while addressing the technology talent shortage in Canada. The PLATO approach leverages a unique 6-month training and internship program to develop skilled software testers. Employment is guaranteed to those who successfully complete the training and work placement.
